His recently published book 'Wild Derrynane' - a visual natural history of the Skellig Coast, has received much praise including from Sir David Attenborough, Desmond Morris, Daniel Day Lewis and locally Des Lavelle to name a few. He has also recently contributed a written chapter about the underwater life of the Skelligs for the seminal book 'The Book of Skellig' published by Cork University Press.
